I'm here to unlock purpose. I believe that what you seek is within you. We can go as fast as you like, and as slowly as you need.
Seeking a life not full of success but meaning, I began my training as a psychotherapist at Regent's School of Psychology and Psychotherapy, London. This combines psychodynamic and integrative schools with a distinct existential edge, which is to say a philosophical enquiry as to what 'this' is all about. This isn't for me about proving theories. It's about deeply practical wisdom for yourself, about yourself, as discovered in meeting. A defining characteristic is an open but critical attitude toward categories and diagnoses in favour of investigating your experience free from preconceptions, in pursuit of new possibilities.
I previously enjoyed a 20+ year career leading teams in technology. I was for many years Chair of LGBT Humanists, campaigning for social change and speaking at rallies. I practice Yin yoga and mindfulness.
