I'm here to unlock purpose. I believe that what you seek is within you. We can go as fast as you like, and as slowly as you need.
Redefining success in life not in terms of status and money but meaning, I began my training as a psychotherapist at Regent's School of Psychology and Psychotherapy, London. This combines psychodynamic and integrative schools with a distinct existential edge, by which I mean a philosophical enquiry as to what life is all about. Psychotherapy isn't for me about proving theories. It's about deeply practical wisdom for yourself, about yourself, as discovered in meeting. A defining characteristic is an open but critical attitude toward categories and diagnoses to investigate your experience free from preconceptions in pursuit of new possibilities.
I previously enjoyed a 20+ year career leading teams in technology. I was for many years Chair of LGBT Humanists, campaigning for social change and speaking at rallies. I practice Yin yoga and mindfulness.
