Adam Knowles

Personal mission

I'm here to unlock purpose. I believe that what you seek is within you. We can go as fast as you like, and as slowly as you need.

My past has been mainly in Manchester and a 20+ year career in technology and teams. For many years I was Chair of LGBT Humanists, and enjoyed campaigning for social change and speaking at rallies.

Seeking a life not full of success but meaning, I have now trained for many years as a psychotherapist, primarily at Regent's School of Psychology and Psychotherapy, London. This combines psychodynamic and integrative schools with a distinct existential edge, which is to say a philosophical enquiry as to what 'this' is all about. This isn't for me about proving theories. It's about deeply practical wisdom for yourself, about yourself, as discovered in meeting.
