For face-to-face appointments, I have very limited availability, My last remaining slots are currently:
Monday 12 - 3 pm in Stoke Newington.
Friday 5 pm in London Bridge.
Please enquire to find out what slots I can offer; I will accommodate you as best I can.
I have availability for Skype appointments on Mondays or Tuesdays.
I offer 50-minute sessions to individual adults (18+) at a fee of £80.
The fee for couples is £90 for 50 minutes, or £110 for 75 minutes.
The fee is the same whether sessions are face-to-face or online.
I maintain a few weekly slots at a reduced rate of £60. The reduced fee is available to those on a low income that have no significant assets such as a house. Eligibility is self-assessed.
If you cannot afford these fees, you could contact the Reduced Fee Service at Number 42 Psychotherapy and Well-being.
I have decided not to register with healthcare providers such as BUPA. My contract is with you, and I do not take on any duties to others. I am happy to provide invoices to you on request, which you may be able to submit for reimbursement from an employer or insurance provider.
Coming to therapy can feel like a big decision. I try to make it straightforward.
Initial appointments are full, paid 50-minute sessions to give you a clear idea of what I offer in practice. I hope to hear what brings you, and answer your questions. I will listen carefully and address any concerns. I may ask about your family and cultural background, your support network, experience of psychotherapy and keeping you and others safe.
I can say something about myself, how I work and its relevance to you. I will speak about the terms of our work particularly regarding cancellation, confidentiality and payment. If you wish to proceed, we then meet weekly in a slot reserved for you in an open-ended agreement.
You are free to leave at any time, though it is better to plan the ending. I ask that you commit to at least one closing session once you have decided to finish.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with questions large or small: I welcome the enquiry.
